During this presentation, we will explore the current and potentially innovative uses for varieties of Olive Oil as well as some of the by-products or side products from the process. We all know the use of Olive Oil as an ingredient in cooking, but there are many uses also to be seen in not just the food industry. The uses of the oils and other by-products are extensive and we will work toward illustrating some of these.
